Fatbeam’s Bringing Fiber Internet to West Boise

Fatbeam

We're excited to announce that we've begun construction to bring our lightning-fast fiber internet to 3,400 homes in the West Boise area! Once completed in late summer, this project will add 42 miles of fiber to bring our total network in Idaho to over 56,000 miles, offering multiple gigabit speed options to thousands of homes across the state.

For many communities we serve, Fatbeam Fiber is the first and only fiber internet provider – and West Boise is no different. We’re excited to finally give residents in this area access to the fastest speeds with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) available for residents in the West Valley neighborhood.

We had a blast sharing the good news at a ribbon-cutting event, which was held in conjunction with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Boise Mayor, Lauren McLean, even showed up to cheer us on! Check out some of our favorite moments from the event below:

It’s Time to Ditch Your Slow, Unreliable Internet

At Fatbeam, our mission is to connect communities and bring high-speed internet to areas that previously had limited options. We're not just a service provider, we're your partners in building a stronger, more connected Idaho. And we have big plans to expand even further in the coming year, so if we aren’t in your neighborhood yet, we will be soon.

Reliable internet, simple security, and top-tier service should be a given. If you’ve never experienced fiber before or you struggle with your current provider, our experts are standing by to help. With Fatbeam Fiber, you get fast connectivity backed by 99.99% uptime and guaranteed repair timeframes – all with no contract, data caps, or install fees. Ready to get started with fiber?
