FATBEAM’S FIBER INSTALLATION PROCESS
Our goal is to bring high-speed fiber internet to your home with minimal disruption. Here’s how our construction process works, step by step.
What is the CONSTRUCTION PROCESS?
Bringing fiber to your home is a multi-phase process that includes careful planning and precise installation. Here’s what to expect:
- We design the fiber route and work with 811 to mark utilities, ensuring protection before construction begins.
- Fiber cables and conduits are installed via trenching and boring in the road and easements near your home.
- Fiber sections are connected and prepared for service at your premises.
- Trenches are refilled, debris is cleared, and the area is restored to its original condition.
How Does Connection Work?
Once the construction phase is complete, Fatbeam will connect the fiber to your home and set up your internet service.
- Place your service order, and Fatbeam will prepare the fiber connection for installation.
- A technician will activate your service, set up the router, and verify your connection speed.

FAQS
All your burning questions about Fatbeam wireless access, answered.
Once construction is complete, you can place your order for internet service. We will then connect the fiber to your home in preparation for your service activation.
Residential wireless internet service refers to internet services provided to homes using wireless technology, rather than through traditional wired connections like cable or DSL. Wireless connectivity is a good alternative for homes in areas where wired internet infrastructure is limited or unavailable. It's especially popular in rural or remote regions.
Wireless internet in the home allows users to access the internet from anywhere within the signal range. It's easy to install, typically requiring minimal setup and no extensive wiring, making it a convenient option for home connectivity. In-home wireless enables multiple devices to access the internet simultaneously without physical connections, reducing clutter from cables or wires. Wireless is a popular choice in areas where laying cables is impractical or expensive.
