Position Summary
The Account Executive for this position is responsible for selling Fatbeam FTTH (fiber to the home) services to the public. FTTH is a new launch for Fatbeam. Primary emphasis will be focused on the designated zip codes in where we can offer such services, and a secondary emphasis will be developing new opportunities throughout Fatbeam’s greater network footprint, as we continue to expand our footprint where we can offer these services. New business development which requires work in the field as well as working from your home office. This position must be in the Boise, Idaho area. This position will report to our VP of Enterprise Sales.
Position Responsibilities
- Build market position by working within the Public Sector, developing partnerships, and being visible in the
Public Residential community.
- Keep abreast of current technology
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Leverage the CRM system (salesforce) to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
- Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the
- Manage a territory using technology, prioritization, and time management skil
- Keep CRM up to date.
- Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality
- Share competitive analysis with sales and marketing teams.
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Broad experience in sales and marketing, preferably in telecommunications.
- Ability to communicate professionally internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Technical aptitude and strong computer skills.
- Solid work ethic and good organization skills.
- Must be creative and passionate about problem solving.
- This is a full-time, salaried position: 40 hours per week.
- Some travel may be necessary.

Additional information
Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check. We will also need to confirm that your driving record will not prohibit us from adding you to our insurance policy for company vehicles. Lastly, to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, and client relationships, it is our policy to require that employees execute an Employee Conduct Agreement governing these matters.
