OSP Engineering Manager
The OSP Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the OSP Engineering function across all markets. This role ensures high-quality, constructable, and scalable network designs aligned with company growth objectives. The OSP Engineering Manager drives accountability for design accuracy, timeliness, and standards compliance while building a high-performing engineering team. The position serves as the bridge between Engineering, Construction, and Leadership to ensure designs support predictable, efficient field execution. This role reports directly to the VP of OSP Construction.

Construction Manager - Coeur d'Alene, ID
The position of the Construction Manager position requires experience with outside plant and inside plant cable construction in aerial and underground facilities, with a thorough knowledge of all issues related to local and state permitting, pole and conduit licensing procedures from Utilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Manager
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the project management function within OSP Construction. This role ensures disciplined execution across all business unit deliveries, driving accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and quality performance. The Senior Manager establishes standardized project management practices, strengthens forecasting accuracy, and creates operational clarity across markets. This position serves as the operational bridge between field execution and leadership, translating project performance into actionable insight while removing barriers to consistent, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The Senior Manager reports directly to the VP of OSP Construction.
GIS Technician
The position of the GIS Technician will be to support Fatbeam’s fiber projects and GIS operations by performing essential field and office tasks, focusing on collecting, updating, and maintaining accurate geospatial records.
OSP Field Auditor
The OSP Field Auditor assists in supporting fiber optic network construction by participating in site walks, pole fielding, and work validations to help ensure projects meet design and quality standards. This role involves working closely with customers, engineers, and contractors to gather information, validate work accuracy, and inspect completed installations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have good technical skills, and be able to provide accurate reports and assist with cost estimates for project planning and execution. This position requires the ability to work independently in the field, adapt to different environments, and maintain a focus on safety and compliance. This position will work out of our Coeur d’Alene, Idaho office. The position will report to respective market OSP Engineer.
IT Infrastructure Engineer
Provides IT support for end user devices, including configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely. Manages Microsoft services, related servers, and internal network interfaces linked to cybersecurity, bandwidth, and software updates. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions while coordinating and communicating project status. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, prioritizes tasks effectively, meets deadlines, and can work independently or as part of a team. This position can sit in our Boise or Coeur d'Alene, ID Office.
FTTH Field Technician Supervisor
The Supervisor role is a hybrid leadership and hands-on field role responsible for overseeing daily Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) installation and repair activities while actively performing technical work in the field. This position leads technicians by example, ensuring high-quality installations, adherence to safety standards, and a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can effectively manage field schedules, support technicians, address customer concerns, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service quality.
FTTH Field Technician
The position of the FTTH Field Technician would be to install, support and repair services for our aerial/underground network construction and network maintenance work wireless equipment for Fatbeam’s infrastructure and overall customer base. This position will report to our Field Services Manager.
