Position Summary

The position of the Marketing & Sales Coordinator will assist our marketing department and sales team support. They will support Fatbeam’s marketing strategies, promotions, and communications with an emphasis in digital marketing. Per direction of Fatbeam’s Marketing Lead, they will assist in writing and distributing assigned internal and external communications, designs, and production of marketing collateral, will assist in the creation of overall digital content, etc. Will perform related work and other responsibilities as assigned. This position will be based out of our Coeur d’Alene, ID (or Boise, ID) office and will report to the Marketing Lead.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assists with the implementation of Fatbeam’s marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Assists with the planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars
  • Assists in keeping promotional materials ready and up to date by coordinating requirements with inventorying stock
  • Assists in researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
  • Works with Marketing Lead in coordinating travel schedules and logistics for tradeshow/meeting attendance
  • Assists with managing all social media, online presence, and website editing in HubSpot
  • Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects
  • Assists with managing public relations coordination for press releases and news articles
  • Campaign development & management

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in marketing or equivalent related experience
  • 1+ year digital marketing experience
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must be a team player
  • Be willing to learn new skills and work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Must be able to multitask and manage several projects at one time
  • Microsoft Office productivity suite proficiency
  • Adobe creative cloud experience
  • The ability to pass a state & federal background criminal check
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, other platforms are a plus

Additional information

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check. We will also need to confirm that your driving record will not prohibit us from adding you to our insurance policy for company vehicles.
